Instructions
To prepare the Citrus Syrup: Combine the listed items inside a pan, bring to a gentle boil, agitating to dissolve. Then, turn off the heat and leave to reach room temperature entirely. Transfer into a sterilised bottle, close it and store in the fridge, it will last for up to a month.
To make Batch Mix: Mix all the liquids into a big jug, let it rest for an hour, then filter it best through muslin, to ensure it's completely strained.
To serve: Add 85ml of your premix to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir carefully for one minute to chill. Pour into a cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, top with the cranberries adding the final touch using a brief mist of mandarin oil over the top.
